OH MY FORM is a browser based design tool for 3D printing, run by Dana Israeli. These terms describe what you get, what you may do with it, and how a plan ends. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

The tool and your account

Anyone can open the studio and use every product, texture, slider and print check without an account. Downloading a file and saving a design need an account.

• Free account. After you confirm your email address you get one download. Designs are not stored for you; what you do not download is not kept.
• Personal. Twenty downloads a month for personal use, one person, up to two devices, plus a cloud library of your saved designs. Every download counts, a repeat of the same design included, and the count starts over on your billing day each month.
• Commercial. Everything in Personal, plus the right to sell physical prints of what you design.

An account belongs to one person. A device that has not been used for 30 days is released on its own, so changing computers is not something you need to ask about.

What you may do with what you make

The shapes you design are yours. On any paid plan you may print them, keep them, and modify them. On the Commercial plan you may also sell the printed objects.

What you may not do, on any plan, is resell or give away the files themselves, or resell access to the tool. The plan sells you the output, not the right to redistribute it.

Fair use

Twenty downloads a month is meant to be more than a person working gets through. A download is one design with all of its parts in a single zip, and every download counts, whether the design is new or one you took before. On top of that, and only to stop automated abuse, there are two limits a person does not reach: 10 exports in 10 minutes and 60 exports in a day. If you ever meet any of these while working normally, write to us and we will raise it.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every sale. Your receipt and any tax or VAT come from them, and they are who your card statement will name.

• A plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, from your Lemon Squeezy account. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
• When a plan ends, your saved designs stay in your account, and downloading again needs an active plan.
• Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.

Refunds

The studio is fully open before you pay and a free account includes a download, so you can see exactly what you are buying. If something is genuinely broken, write within 14 days and you will get your money back.

What the print checks are, and are not

The tool measures wall thickness, overhang angle, mesh deviation, mesh integrity and fit clearance, and tells you what it measured. These are measurements, not a guarantee. Printers, materials, slicers and settings differ, and a file that measures well can still fail on a particular machine. Check a print before you rely on it.

Availability and changes

The tool runs in your browser and is offered as it is. We may change features and prices; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If a change to these terms matters to you, we will say so by email before it takes effect.

Your data

We store your email address, your plan, your saved designs, and a count of your downloads and devices, which is what makes the plan work. We do not sell it. Payment details are never held by us; they live with Lemon Squeezy. You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted.
